How we work
We know how hard it is to hire the right people, select a proper technology stack, and build a successful product. Building your own product business isn’t a straightforward exercise: it is a process of many iterations, and the strategy evolves with the current state. There are caveats all along the road.
The good news is that there are even more ways around them. We have a strong background in building successful products in healthcare, IoT, telecommunications and game development. Our goal is to help you efficiently design and validate your product, create your first MVP, launch your beta and production versions, and scale the product.
Meet the founder
Mykola Lobanov Founder & Chief Product and Technology Officer Based in Atlanta, GA
Mykola has worked in engineering since 2009: seventeen years across telecommunications, game development, healthcare and IoT, nearly ten of them as a founder. He started at Nokia Networks, planning and optimising mobile networks for more than fifteen operators, from 2G through the early 5G core.
In 2016 he co-founded Mobalytics, an esports analytics platform, and led its product and technology through five years of growth: 110 million player profiles, millions of monthly users, engineering teams across continents, a TechCrunch Disrupt Battlefield win and a place on the CB Insights AI 100. Since founding StarDevs in 2021 he has led product and engineering for healthcare and IoT clients, most recently a FHIR-based EMR with machine-learning treatment planning and an MCP-integrated AI assistant, and a patient app that follows care from telehealth through remission.
He completed Kellogg’s Chief Product Officer Program in 2025 and holds an MSc in Electronics from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Outside work: family, dogs, and Jiu-Jitsu.
Having led technical teams across diverse sectors like Telecommunications, Game Development, HealthCare, and IoT, my mission is not just to provide solutions but to ensure that every technical decision propels the product forward. From the early stages of ideation and MVP development to launching robust beta and production versions, I’m here to ensure that technology is your strongest ally in scaling your venture.
